Discover The Springs Event and Weddings Venue

​I was privileged to meet Nicole Nanyes, Manager and Vicky Whitney, the Assistant Manager from The Springs Event and Weddings Venue in Terrell, TX during my visit to their venue.
 
Driving there, even though it is very close to my city of Rockwall, I had the feeling I was far away from the city, deep in the country; it was  very nice scenery along the way. I can imagine that for a bride it would be a relaxing and beautiful way to start their wedding.

​Their first building was opened several years ago, and is called Poetry Hall, it is a venue that accommodates up to 320 guests, and has also a dressing suite for the bride and the groom. It is a building that has the Texas country side style, mixing sterling white limestone and dozens of gorgeous architectural elements.
 
This location offers a gazebo for outdoor wedding ceremonies and a bridge with water running underneath from a small natural creek, great location for pictures!

​On this property they have two venues for weddings, their last addition opened this past October 2017, and is called the Rockwall Manor, a beautiful white house that resembles an old farm house.
 
It is all white inside and out, has a nice touch of lights, fireplace and stairs where the bride can make their grand entrance to her wedding.
Of course, it has a suite for the bride and her friends to get ready and a suite for the groom too.
 
What I loved the most was the white gazebo surrounded by a beautiful pond on one side and trees in the back. To get there you cross a bridge with a small cascade of water running that just adds the perfect touch to the place.
This venue is perfect for a small and intimate wedding, away from the sounds and stress of the city.

Nicole and Vicky are very sweet ladies that will do their best to meet the needs of the bride and groom, you can feel how much they love what they do and more than that how much they love their brides.
 
Certainly, when you are looking for a venue for your wedding it is important to have a lovely location but more importantly to have someone in your corner to help you make your day memorable. Here you will have it all in one package!
 
Definitely after having been there in such a tranquil and lovely place, I wanted to get married all over again!
